Wellness Brownbag Eldercare:  Critical Conversations Wednesday, September 25th, 12-1pm  Main Campus, C1A In this presentation you will learn ways to approach an oftentimes difficult conversation with a parent or other loved one in need of care and gain an understanding of the options and resources available for elder care. Linda Pounds is a Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist with 13 years experience working with the Colorado State Employee Assistance Program.  She has both professional and personal expertise in the field of elder care and its effects on employees. Becky Davis, PTA has worked at CDPHE for over 9 years as the Nursing Home Complaint Intake Coordinator. Her experience with the nursing home regulatory agency enables her to provide resources for those searching for skilled nursing homes.
