Maintain Privacy and Refer to Appropriate Resources
As an employer, there are many rules regarding health conditions that are disclosed at work. Remember to maintain privacy if someone discloses any health condition including a mental illness or substance abuse. Encourage your colleague to contact the Office of Human Resources. If you are concerned about your colleagues safety or safety of others or integrity of their work, please contact the Office of Human Resources and follow relevant CDPHE Policies.

Training and Lunch and Learns - Keep up with events, training, and news via Google + CDPHE WellnessMindfulness Meditation - You can learn more about mindfulness meditation through a number of resources online. CDPHE periodically will offer training sessions. Meditation cushions are available in the Wellness Room.
Mental Health First Aid - CDPHE Wellness and Prevention Services Division have teamed up to provide Mental Health First Aid Training for CDPHE employees. State Employee Health Plan - Your health plan coverage also provides coverage for mental health counseling and psychiatric services.
