Wellness Room

The Wellness Room on the 4th Floor of Building A opened in 2012.
COVID-19 Protocol - The Wellness Room is temporarily closed. We are currently exploring options for reopening in the summer of 2021.
 
Current Wellness Classes:

Open Meditation, Daily 9-9:30 am - Take part in a brief medication or physical activity break with one of our vendors Inward Fitness. This is a quiet space where you can practice meditation or just relax peacefully.  

Hatha Yoga, We are currently reviewing options for a new yoga instructor.  Please contact Daniel McKenna or Stacy Miller for more information.
