Everyone experiences stress.  Your challenge is to learn to recover frequently, quickly, and efficiently!  How?


  1. Respect your need for restorative sleep
  2. Practice relaxation/meditation
  3. Exercise regularly  
  4. Practice positive thinking, here, here, and here
  5. Volunteer your time and your passion
