May is Mental Health Awareness Month. In an effort to increase training accessibility for employees throughout the state, the Colorado State Employee Assistance Program is now offering live webinars. Upcoming webinars include:
May 10, 10-11 a.m.: Substance Abuse and the Workplace - All employees are invited to explore the impact that substance use has on our workplace today. Participants will learn warning signs, next steps to take in addressing concerns with a loved one or colleague, and treatment options for those who may be struggling with substance use disorders. June 13, 10-11 a.m.: Mental Health First Aid for the Workplace - Learn about response to mental health problems impacting the workplace. This is an introduction webinar only and intended to provide organizations with information needed in order to offer the full eight-hour Mental Health First Aid course in their state agency work setting. July 12, 10-11 a.m.: Introduction to C-SEAP - Learn about counseling, consultation, coaching, mediation, and training services available free-of-charge to all state
